LOREN’S POOPER SCOOPER TERMS OF SERVICE:

By signing up for services with us, you grant Loren’s Pooper Scooper Service and its designated representatives’ access to your property for Pet waste removal and/or spraying of an odor eliminator.  Access will be granted until the termination of the services.

 You will be billed monthly (Or after 16 weeks if you are on the Advance Payment Plan) for the service and have authorized Loren’s Pooper Scooper to process payments as noted on your sign-up sheet. 

 Regular services are provided prior to statements and billing.  Statements by email are sent the last day of each month.  Statements by post are sent on the 1st of each month.

PLEASE NOTE, PRICES WILL INCREASE BY 14% ON NOVEMBER 1, 2024

  Monthly Payers: 

  • Monthly payments by check or EFT are due by or before the 20th of the month

  • Monthly payments by Credit/Debit card are processed the 1st of each month. 

  • A $25.00 late fee will be applied on the 21st of the month if payment is not received by the 20th of the month.

  Advance Payers: 

  • Advance Payment renewals by Credit/Debit are processed following the free service day (1x per Week or more services) or following the 50% off service day (Every Other Week services). 

  • You will be sent an email notification of the renewal along with a courtesy Payment Receipt. 

  • Advance Payment renewals by check, I will email you following your free or 50% off service date to let you know your new advance payment is due should you decide to continue moving forward with services.  If a check is not received, your account will be switched to Monthly until the next Advance Payment is received.

  • Advance Payment renewals by EFT, I will email you following your free or 50% off service date to let you know your new advance payment is due should you decide to continue moving forward with services.  This email will include an EFT payment link.  If a payment is not received, your account will be switched to Monthly until the next Advance Payment is received.

 If your card is declined or we are unable to process for any reason, your services will be placed on hold until you make contact with updated information.  You will be notified via email in the event your card is declined or expired.  Please reach out to us as soon as possible to avoid an interruption of services.

 A $10.00 fee will be charged for locked gates or if aggressive dogs on the premises prevent our scheduled service.  Skip requests must be made 24 hours in advance by phone, text, or email to avoid the “Gate Locked” fee.  You are responsible for all business expenses imposed by the service until the service has been terminated.  Either party can terminate the service at any time.

 It is your responsibility to notify Loren’s Pooper Scooper Service if you have a change in your number of pets.  Pet decrease adjustments to your account will be made only as of the date of notification and upon your next/upcoming service date.  You will not be charged on a service day in which we must call a “Rain Day” Employee Call Outs, or holiday observed by Loren’s Pooper Scooper Service.  If/when this occurs you will be notified by email as well as on your statement that we cancelled service for that day only.  A makeup day will be scheduled.  In the event we are unable to reschedule a makeup day, we will resume services on your next scheduled service date.  Rain days may happen occasionally during the summer monsoons or winter rain season.  Please reach out to us if you need information for your rescheduled makeup service date.

 

Loren’s Pooper Scooper Service is not in operation on the following Holidays:

 

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day
