MULTI COUNT PROPERTY. You will count # Black Bags, Small Bags, Piles (when found and cleaned). In the “Extra Info” section, it will be noted which location had small bags replaced due to being empty as well as the bag and pile counts. It will look like this:

1/Gwynns Run, 2/Farrier, 1/Large Park, 15 black bags/4 small bags/2 dog piles

Your final bag count will then be the combination of all black bags and small bags. The above case would be 19 bags.

Small bag dispensers will also be straightened up and ensured all small bags are slightly hanging out so they are accessible and useable.

WASTE STATION LOCATIONS/DIRECTIONS (Indicated by the Orange stars on map below):

Do not deviate from this path/order given below.

#1, Just south of the address provided.

#2, Just North of Wilds Rd on Bowman on the Left side. You will need to drive between a couple trees to get close to it.

#3, Continue North on Bowman and turn Right on Phelam, then turn Right again onto Holsteiner Rd. Small park where the road curves and becomes Rugged Lark Rd.

#4, Continue on Rugged Lark for waste station on Right side of road. I think there’s a bench there and a fire hydrant.

#5 & #6, Continue on Rugged Lark, then Left on Golder Ranch to Twin Lakes Rd, then Left again. 2 conjoined waste bins on the Right side of road just past Farrier dr.

#7, Continue on Twin Lakes to Secretariat Rd, then Right and immediate Left onto Saddlebred Rd., then curve onto Silver Buckle. Follow road to the end and drive past the gate into the park. Waste bin just a short way into the park on the Right side.

  • #8 & #9 (Large Dog Park) Follow dirt road in park to the end. One waste bin outside the fenced area and one bin inside. Perforate the fresh bags for both bins with a key about 1/2 inch from the bottom all the way across to allow for drainage.

#10, Make your way back out to Twin Lakes Rd, then turn Right. Waste Bin will be on the Left side of the Road and is just in front of a long alleyway.

#11, Continue South on Twin Lakes past Fjord Pony (just before Northern Dancer). Bin is on the Right and is the HOA president’s place.

#12, Continue South on Twin Lakes, then Left on Wilds Rd. At the brake in the road, make a U-turn and head a bit West again. Waste Bin is on the Right side and is set back under trees.
