COMPLAINT

I received an email from Cassandra Controne. She emailed me on Friday 04/10/26 to ask if we cancelled services for this date. I informed her your route sheet indicated you serviced on 04/10. Your route sheet also indicated you cleaned up 29 piles. In response, she sent me a photo of her yard.

Monday 05/13/26, I performed a courtesy service and took my own photo. Below are the photos taken. 1. Cassandra’s and 2. Mine. This is unacceptable! I cleaned up 88 piles of waste. It is clear you did not service Cassandra’s property and it appears the information you entered on your route sheet is falsified.

Cassandra’s valid/verified complaint is only 3 weeks after the valid/verified complaint by June Campbell on 03/18/26.
